A Few Jobs I've Completed Recently
This house's block paving was ready for a good clean up. Scraped off all the weeds and then gave it a good jet washing. Next step will be to treat the weeds to stop them comming back in the spring.
This house's facia boards had definately seen better days. Removed all the old rotten timber and replaced with new. Now all sealed up painted snug ready for winter.
After removing a rotten facia board the wallplate here was showing signs of rot too. After properly supporting the roof from inside the old wallplate was removed and replaced with a new one and a new facia board completed the job. Another building all snug ready for winter.
A nasty crack in the mortar here right above a wooden door frame. Looked as though someone had tried to tackle it with some type of mastic sealant before which had failed and was looking rather unsightly. After grinding out all the old mastic and mortar to around 30mm repointed properly with sand and cement mortar. Job done properly and looking all neat and tidy with no chance of any further water ingress.
